What Does the following semen Test Report Indicate? 

i want to know that is my husbands semen analysis report is good or wht

volume : 3ml normal : 2ml

colour: grayish white

reaction; alkaline

viscosity: watery

liquefaction time: 45 mts with in 45 mts

motility

progressive : 55 normal: >50%

non progressive : 45 %

non motile : 60 %

total count : 65 millions 20 millions or more/ml

morphology

normal spermatozoa :75 %

abnormal spermatozoa : 25%

pus cells : 15-20

R.B.Cs : 10

Hello

Your husband's report suggests semen infection with borderline low motility.
Infection is indicated by presence of pus cells and RBC in semen.

He need proper clinical examination and further investigations.
He need routine hemogram,RBS,culture and sensitivity of semen,colour doppler of scrotum.
Proper antibiotics depend upon culture and sensitivity report.
Other findings like sperm count,sperm morphology,pH,volume of semen,liquefaction time are normal.

Fertility should improve with control of infection.
